LSMCI was a consulting and training organization specializing in training, personnel selection, service personnel staffing, psychology diagnostics, and development and productivity improvement systems. Although it was operational since 1987, it has only been formally established in 1988 and was initially seated at the Philippine Social Science Center. In 1989, it moved to Unit 25, Parian Commercial Complex, where it had provided its clients with adequate testing and training facilities. To date, we have served a number of top and multinational clients here and abroad. After ten years, it moved to Unit 3606, Pioneer Highlands Condominium to be accessible to all clients from all business centers..

As LSMCI responds to the changing complex demands of the industry, its operation expands to cover the ICT-related services with emphasis on management and consultancy. Since LSMCI was created with Marketing and HRD as its core operations, the management recognized the need to develop the company into an entity that can be easily identified with business management and ICT-related projects while servicing local and multi-national establishments in the country and abroad, thus, the birth (in 2007) of Moguel Management Consultancy (MMC). The management ensures that MMC will provide better services while maintaining the integrity instituted and gained by LSMCI.
